Is it JUST constipation and diarrhea?

Most people have had the occasional upset stomach after a heavy meal. However, between 25 and 45 million people in the U.S. suffer from constipation and diarrhea. Many people ignore the constipation and diarrhea, or are given the diagnosis of IBS.

Experiencing both constipation and diarrhea can be very difficult. You can have constipation with no bowel movement, then hard, lumpy stool, then loose, watery diarrhea, and alternate back and forth. You may even have additional bloating and cramping.
